I had a great time thanks for selling these tour passes we loved it!! So much to see and do in Charleston sc

Great App, Great Value

I found the app easy to use. This was my first visit and I was able to book all of my choices before I arrived and get the times that worked for my schedule. I can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent purchase!

I found this pass as I Goggled for information concerning reservations for several places in Charleston that we wanted to see and our purchase of the Pass made everything so easy and organized with directions also! Totally recommend!

Great Time

This was an awesome app to have touring Charleston. Ingenious! We saw more in three day than what we could have imagined.

We had a wonderful day know stuff that we have not heard in history

Fun Trip

We really enjoyed Charleston this past July. It was our first visit to the city. It was a fun couple's trip. We got to see a lot. The Charleston Tour Pass made it easier by not having to pay everywhere we went. We got to see and do things we may not have seen. My only complaint is that we tried using the GPS in the app. and it was not always helpful. I could be standing still and the GPS had us going in circles. We would have to come out of the app go to another nav site and key in the address for directions. Time wasted and a lot of back tracking. Also, on your page you could maybe group tours by areas. That way we could have hit more places in that one area before moving to another part of town. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would recommend getting The Charleston City Pass.

Good value

Tour pass was a good value. Liked the convenience to various tours and attractions. a formal App would be an improvement.

would do it again!

Simple and smooth

Just the best

It was the best way to See Charlston
Very user friendly
Loved that the free attractions were included
Loved the donuts but I personally didn’t take advantage of the meal deals
Would recommend 2 additions
1 ask more vendors provide discounts at their stores even 5% off of a 5:50 cent ice cream will have me thinking I got a better deal in their shop
2 add how long the average attraction takes to visit
Ok I have 3 recommendations
3 add some day planning samples of each pass and what is in each area.
example on day two we started with the horse carriage tour then we drove to the Charleston tea plantation ( which was wonderful). The angel tree is nearby but doesn’t take too much time there and then I realized that Charles town wasn’t that far away but by the time we got there my day was almost over.
If I had realize they were all in the same area I could’ve shaved a little bit of time off to Charleston tea plantation and some of the time off of the angel tree which we lingered at both places just because we enjoyed them so much and spent more time at Charlestown Landing which had a huge attraction but I didn’t realize it was so neat until I was there Nor did I realize how close it was to the other attractions until later in the day when I happen to be checking my app

Charleston Tour Pass

This is a great way to see the sights and sounds of the city. A great bargain if you are willing to put in time to plan your activities and locations. One suggestion is to have a way to get an overview of the included attractions and places to visit. I am sure we missed things we were close to because we ran out of time to research where everything is located. It was still a great way to spend our time and we are already planning our next vacation.

Awesome app.

Loved the ease of booking thru the app. People very helpful when I had to make some changes. Would have been 5 stars except the start location of the ghost and dungeon tour on the app was wrong causing us to be late for the tour.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We fixed the tour location issue.
Definitely Worth the Buy!

I purchased the one-day pass as a last minute idea, and I have absolutely no regrets! It was certainly worth more than what I paid for, and I was able to save my money because of it. I was able to take two of the featured tours I wanted to try, and used up a good amount of the vouchers for the places you are able to check out. It was just amazing! The Gibbes Museum of Art, Ghost Tour, Glazed Doughnuts, Boone Hall Plantation, The Grit Counter, Charleston Harbour Fish House—all outstanding!

The best way to see Charleston!

I just spent a few days in Charleston with my family. We wanted to see as much as we could while we were there and we did! The pass made it so convenient and helped us say yes to a few activities we might have skipped due to cost. The pass paid for itself quickly!

Put your walking shoes on!

We purchased 2 adult 3-day Charleston Tour Passes. We chose our 4 features attractions and visited/used 16 of the 22 walk-in attractions. We mapped out the locations ahead of time so we could do/see as much as possible. I would do it a little differently next time but would definitely do it again. We got a 10% purchase discount so the passes cost $125 each, but the things we did (including the food discounts) would have cost $237 without any discounts.) The negative? We only had 3 consecutive days so our feet were pretty tired. It would be great if the 3 days did not have to be consecutive. Would still do it again, but maybe not in July when the temps are in the 90s everyday.

money well spent

we definitely enjoyed our time spent in Charleston.the tour package was well worth it.learned some history, and just had a great time with the structured events.would do it again.

Fun in charleston!

We enjoyed our time immensely! The pass allowed up to explore all the city had to offer. Maps were good, but an address for each location would have been extremely helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We each attraction has a google map which when clicked on opens a map. We will implement a listed address as well to make this easier.
Needed a little more info

While my sister and I enjoyed using the pass, we found the website a little difficult to navigate at first. We mostly figured it out, but I never could find the maps that were described that would show us which of the available sites were close together. It also would have been helpful to have some information about parking and local transportation. A woman at one of the museums did provide a business card for the bike taxis and we did avail ourselves of that service to arrive on time for our scheduled cruise. So, overall, a good experience , but two senior citizens could have used a bit more information to ease the use of our pass. Thanks!

Wrong times

I did think the pass was a good deal. But i was suprised about how many places were closed on the days we had to redeem pass
Sunday thru Wednesday. So if anyone thinking about buying, dig deeper into the places hours

Thank you for your feedback. We do list all of the hours on all of the attraction pages and suggest that purchasers start in the morning to get the most value. Most museums close by 6 pm, there are evening tours available as well.
Great idea

Great concept. Easy to use. Would definitely purchase again.

Happy traveler

Very pleased. Great way to travel. Easy to use. Will definitely purchase again for other adventures.

Best way to see a little of it all

This was a great way to show around family from out of town. You get a little bit of everything and there is plenty to accommodate anyone’s taste. I’m local and had a great time, learned so much and saw things I hadn’t seen or tried before. We plan to do this with all of our out of towner visitors!!

It was a great deal

It was a great deal and saved us money. Tjanks

Family vacation

We had the best time, learned more about Charleston with every turn. Driver handle the carriage ride like a pro, can't say enough about our tour guide, he was born and bread Charleston. What a beautiful city you live in, always try new things when we come every other year. So much history to be seen and heard. Thanks again for your lovely RED BARN and the way the horses are being taking care of, they where beautiful.

Great value and easy to use

Great value

Great Value

We used our pass for the Palmetto Carriage tour, a harbor tour, the Nathaniel Russell House, and discounts at Crab House and Fish House. A full but very enjoyable day, and a fantastic value.
